How to use

Directions for use: remove the transparent protective film and insert the heel pad into the shoe, making sure it adheres well to the heel. If you experience discomfort or discomfort, remove the product for one or two hours, then reinsert it. For maximum effectiveness, replace the heel pad every 6 months (or in any case when the product appears deteriorated). Product cleaning instructions: the heel pad can be hand washed in warm water using a mild soap or detergent.
